Jessica Daniels

With more than 25 years of talent acquisition experience, Jessica founded Hire Score in 2022. Her vast background allows her to better serve clients because she has the ability to step into the shoes of the client, the recruiter, and the candidate.

Jessica started her career with Manpower Group, a global leader in staffing. Her 18 years there taught her invaluable lessons about the industry. From there, her experience ranges from Managing Partner of a boutique search firm to Global Leader of Corporate Talent Acquisition and Diversity for Honeywell Corporate. She implemented Honeywell’s first enterprise-wide Executive Search team supporting hiring for all executive level roles across the 165,000-employee organization. She was also the Director of Talent Acquisition for Snyder’s Lance (later Campbell Snacks).

This mix of agency and corporate experience makes her uniquely qualified to support companies and candidates that span numerous industries, businesses of all sizes, and needs.

From global companies to small startups, Jessica acts as a trusted advisor to match the perfect candidate with the best opportunity. Her approach is rooted in relationships and driven by a commitment to success.

Krystal LaBell

Krystal brings 20 years of Human Resources experience to Hire Score. Her expertise ranges across industries, sectors, and company sizes to include hospitality, consumer packaging goods, industrial and technology, and healthcare.

She previously led recruitment efforts to support succession planning at Honeywell, Benestar Brands, and recruited the management team for a new plant build as well as identified Manufacturing leadership for an acquired company. During her time at Campbell Snacks, formerly Snyder’s-Lance, Krystal’s time was diversified across business partner leadership roles as well as talent acquisition.

Over the course of her career as an HR business partner leader, she has honed her ability to build relationships with her clients by listening to their needs and consulting leaders on what is best for their organization.

Malaya Das

Malaya is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) with over 30 years of leadership experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition across diverse industries, including Technology (AI, IT, Telecom, Industrial Tech, Aerospace, E-commerce, Biotech, and Cleantech), Healthcare, and Hospitality.

She began her career in Human Resources leadership roles in India within the Hospitality and Telecommunication sectors, where she played a pivotal role in transforming organizations into industry leaders. Over the past 20 years, Malaya has served as a Talent Acquisition leader and business partner in the United States, working in corporate, agency, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environments. Her expertise includes building global business and functional teams for startups, small to medium enterprises, and marquee companies across North America, APAC, and EMEA.

Malaya’s extensive experience makes her a versatile Talent Acquisition specialist, adept at supporting businesses of all sizes across various industries and regions. She is dedicated to fostering long-term relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, committed to facilitating mutually beneficial partnerships.

EXECUTIVE RECRUITER

Nancy Turner

Nancy brings 25+ years of human resources experience to the firm. She has served on senior leadership teams for multinational corporations in both industrial and commercial sectors with Union and Non-union employees. Responsibilities include conflict resolutions, compliance, benefits, mergers and acquisitions, arbitrations, and risk mitigation. Her daily collaborations with C-Suite management, frontline managers, supervisors, and employees have provided an in-depth knowledge of the various roles and responsibilities within an organization. Nancy recognizes the importance in sourcing qualified candidates and how hiring decisions impact business outcomes.

Prior to joining Hire Score, her HR roles included tenures with the Scott Clark Automotive Group, high volume auto retail; Swisher Hygiene, commercial hygiene services and products; and SSI, a federal government contractor providing military base operations and facility services.
